Background

Our Story

IBHO Management UG was founded by Ingo Hoffmann in 2021. Over the last decade, he has worked on digital transformation and the application of AI in private and public organizations. He spent five years at IBM Watson Health, helped build the Tuebingen AI Competence Center and the Cyber Valley Initiative, and led the AI ecosystem at the appliedAI initiative of UnternehmerTUM. At AI for Hamburg, he supported AI adoption in northern Germany.

Since 2018, Ingo Hoffmann has supported the German government in shaping the German AI strategy and served as a German expert for the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI). He also supports the Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation (SPRIND) as an AI expert.

As founder of IBHO Management and Partner at GLASER LEMKE Managementberatung, he advises founders, managers, investors, and public institutions on emerging technologies and AI. As co-founder of the AI Fund, he invests in European AI startups.
